Regardless of weather conditions, teams must report to the assigned field ready to play unless officially notified of a postponement of the game. The penalty for failure to show for a scheduled game is forfeiture.
The referee shall have the authority to suspend the game due to adverse weather conditions or darkness. This decision will be based on whether the field of play presents a danger to the participants.
Only board members at the park can decide to postpone and/or suspend games for the day.
Once a referee suspends a game, the teams must remain off the fields, in their vehicles until the game is resumed or officially cancelled by a board member. Failure to report to a resumed game will result in a forfeiture.
